RETURNS
We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days after receiving your item.
Eligibility for a Return:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at contact@blueberrygadget.com. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Return Process:
- If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package.
- Please note that we cannot accept items returned without prior authorization.
International Returns: If your country of residence is not Bangladesh, please be aware that shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.
Exchanges: The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return to inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also require additional processing time.
