We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days after receiving your item.
Eligibility for a Return:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

International Returns: If your country of residence is not Bangladesh, please be aware that shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds: We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return to inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also require additional processing time.
